Yes. We welcome the purchase of new products/services. Please see your Account Manager for details.


Will there be future changes to my existing ATC products/services?

As an existing ATC customer, nothing changed on the day the acquisition closed. Your products/services and pricing are the same. At this time, you will continue doing business with us as you usually would, specifically:

  • Your current ATC products and solutions and pricing remain the same.
  • The existing contact information you have for contacting support, operations and your account management teams remain the same.

What if I have both Windstream Enterprise and ATC services?

As an existing Windstream Enterprise and ATC customer, nothing changed on the day the acquisition closed. Your existing products/services and pricing from both companies remain the same. At this time, you will continue doing business with both companies as you usually would, specifically:

  • Your current Windstream Enterprise and ATC products and solutions and pricing remain the same.
  • The existing contact information you have for contacting support, operations and your account management teams remain the same.

Will the integration have any impact on the delivery of services already ordered?

There is no change to the processes for Windstream Enterprise or ATC service delivery, including services already ordered. If something changes in the long term, we will notify you proactively. Thank you for your business.
