Regional President of Sales, Windstream North
Aaron Baker is the regional president of sales for Windstream Enterprise’s north region. He served as the vice president of sales at EarthLink which merged with Windstream in 2017. Prior to Earthlink, Baker held several senior leadership roles with Deltacom. Baker holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina.

VP of Architecture & Technology
Art is responsible for network evolution, hardware and software certification, and technical product development for all business units in the organization. He came to Windstream in 2010 through the NuVox Communications acquisition where he oversaw the network architecture and played a key role in the launch of the company’s flagship VoIP and converged access product. While at Windstream, Art has been instrumental in developing numerous products including IPTV, Cloud Security and SD-WAN, as well as advancing the evolution of the company’s broadband, packet optical and SDN-enabled networks. Art is a graduate of Clemson University where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.

Austin oversees Windstream Enterprise’s voice product strategy and roadmap. He and his team develop, manage and market advanced products and services offered to customers nationwide. Austin was previously Senior Director of Product Management responsible for Windstream’s Internet portfolio and value-added services. Prior to joining Windstream in 2006, he was Director of Product Management for Alltel. Austin holds an MBA from the University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business.

Previously, Carmen was an account supervisor at Alcone Marketing Group and an independent marketing consultant whose clients included Heineken USA. Carmen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Advertising, and a Masters of Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.
