Lee Adams is Senior Product Manager for OfficeSuite UC® Contact Center Services at Windstream Enterprise. He is responsible for overseeing product development and management as well as go-to-market strategy and marketing of the company's omnichannel CCaaS product. Adams previously served as Sales Engineer, Sales and Sales Management, dating back to 2008 with Windstream and the acquisitions of EarthLink and One Communications. Technically agile and up to date, Adams holds various network and technology certifications. He received a BS in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin – Madison before entering the telecommunications and cellular communications industries.
