Broadview to Magnys Commission Migration

As Windstream Enterprise continues to streamline our partner commission processing and reporting, we are excited to announce that beginning with the May 2021 commissions cycle, which will be paid at the end of June, Broadview commissions will be transitioned to the Windstream Enterprise Magnys commissioning system.

The Magnys system offers a level of stability along with enhanced feature capabilities to make the commissions experience easier and more efficient. Some of the highlights include:

  • Anytime access via Magnys
  • Exportable summary and detail reporting
  • Customer-level, 12-month billed revenue report

Q: How do I access Magnys?
A:

  • Go to https://agentsocs.windstream.com
  • Enter your Login ID (starts with ZZ)
  • In the second field, enter the last four digits of your EIN or SSN (submitted on your W-9).
  • Click on the ‘Reset Password’ option. An automated password will be sent to your email. You will be prompted to change the password at first login.

After changing your password, click on ‘Commissions’ at the top of the page. There are several options in the dropdown box on the left side of the page.

  • Summary: Shows total commissions paid, spiff totals and totals by sub
  • Detail: Shows all customers and each line item, shows spiffs and any manual adjustments at the bottom of the page
  • 12-month billed revenue: Shows each customer on one line and can be broken down to show each customer’s line items and customer by sub ID

Q: Where do I find my Magnys Login ID?
A: E-mails were sent to partner contacts on file providing Magnys Login IDs. If you did not receive an e-mail with this information and feel that you should have, please contact channel.partner.commission@Windstream.com for assistance.

Q: How do I change pages within Magnys?
A: Click on the ‘Lookup’ button after choosing the page you want to view from the dropdown box.

Q: How do I change the month view in Magnys?
A: Click the ‘Cycledate’ dropdown and choose the month by the last day of the month. For example, for January billings, choose 1/31/2021. Any time you see an account number underlined, you can click on it for additional information.

Q: How often is Magnys refreshed?
A: Magnys is a live system which updates nightly; however, the statement is not final until the last day of the month.

Q: I already have a Magnys login from legacy Windstream accounts sold. Do I still need to sign up for my migrating Broadview accounts?
A: If you have both Windstream and Broadview commissions, each will continue to be paid under a separate Vendor ID and viewed separately in Magnys.
