As an existing Windstream or MASS Communications customer, nothing changed on the day of the merger. Your products/services and pricing are the same. At this time, you will continue doing business with us as you usually would. Specifically:

  • Your current Windstream and MASS Communications products and solutions, and their pricing, remain the same.
  • The existing contact information you have for contacting support, operations and your account management teams remain the same.

Will the integration have any impact on delivery of services already ordered?

There is no change to the processes for Windstream or MASS Communications service delivery, including services already ordered. If something changes in the long term, we will notify you proactively. Thank you for your business.
