Lee Adams is Senior Product Manager for OfficeSuite UC® Contact Center Services at Windstream Enterprise. He is responsible for overseeing product development and management as well as go-to-market strategy and marketing of the company's omnichannel CCaaS product. Adams previously served as Sales Engineer, Sales and Sales Management, dating back to 2008 with Windstream and the acquisitions of EarthLink and One Communications. Technically agile and up to date, Adams holds various network and technology certifications. He received a BS in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin – Madison before entering the telecommunications and cellular communications industries.

James Blake is Senior Director of Professional Services at Windstream Enterprise with demonstrated success in driving revenue, sales engagement and enablement, customer experience and personal development. He has 25+ years of leadership in sales, professional services and operations.

During his career of more than 20 years, Jason Huffey has had a unique path through various opportunities. These include product design, implementation and supporting technologies that have provided countless customers with solutions that provide an answer to business demands. Prior to joining Windstream, Jason managed a portfolio of products in the Managed Service Provider and Cloud Applications vertical. With that experience comes an extensive background in cloud-based technologies and he has committed his career to understanding, creating and selling emerging technologies in fast-changing industries

Bob Riley is a Senior Product Manager in Windstream Enterprise’s network and security service portfolios. Within this role, Bob provides leadership and life cycle management for enterprise security and compliance solutions. He joined the organization in 2020 and has more than 20 years of product development, management and marketing experience in the Telecom industry. Bob has a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Maine and Master of Science in Computer Information Systems at Bentley College.

Pak Lui has more than 25 years of Information Technology experience and has spent the past decade specializing in the hospitality industry. His diverse background makes him a credible thought leader and voice of the hospitality industry within Windstream Enterprise. Prior to being an Industry Analyst at Windstream, Pak lead the infrastructure team at Potbelly Sandwich Works through PCI DSS Compliance, Franchising and going public. Most recently, he spent three years at the nation’s largest food service company, Levy, overseeing Information Technology and point-of-sale solutions deployment at sport and entertainment venues, convention centers and culture attractions.

Bucky has more than 20 years of banking experience in roles such as regional branch leadership, technology consultant, and senior lending officer. He has worked with community, regional and national banks. His diverse background makes him a credible though leader and voice of the financial services industry within Windstream Enterprise. Prior to being a Financial Services Industry Analyst at Windstream Enterprise, Bucky most recently led a large branch network, built the bank’s small business banking sales strategy and worked on cross-functional marketing and product development projects at Simmons Bank, a $23 billion regional institution. Bucky is a graduate of the CBA Executive Banking School.

Marco is the director over the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) and is responsible for the implementation, support and monitoring of Windstream’s Enterprise’s Managed Network Security products. His responsibilities also include managing the Domain Services team and the SDWAN-Fortinet Support team. Before joining the CSOC in 2016 he managed several technical support teams that were responsible for restoring customer network services. Prior to the Windstream acquisition in 2009 he managed the Data Repair organization at NuVox Communications.
