OfficeSuite White Label Contact Center Services (CSS) Platform

 

Our newly released OfficeSuite White Label Contact Center Services (CCS) platform provides unlimited flexibility for your end user call center employees, allowing reps to work from virtually anywhere in the world and providing supervisors the ability to train and monitor remotely.   Administration of call routing, queues, and reports are all centralized in a single, user-friendly portal, which can be branded with your logo.

The new CCS platform features enhanced functionality, including:

  • On-demand Call Recording, enabling dynamic recording of a call or portion of a call by simply pressing a phone key.
  • A customizable “Dashboard” – a replacement for the “Live Status” – that allows users to mix and match their displays.
  • More consolidated and comprehensive “Reports”, featuring new graphics to help with interpretation. Additionally, report data is now updated every 15 minutes, instead of every four hours.
  • Simplified creation and configuration of Queues, Conditional Routes, and more.
  • Improved “Completed Events”, providing a more complete description of calls and their recordings.

The Contact Center Services platform is entirely hosted in the cloud and requires no capital expenditures, expensive administration licenses or specialized technical training to operate and support.
