- Working as your representative internally to provide customizations and meet your needs in real time
- Bringing the right experts and teams on board at the right time to make sure your goals are best served
- Ensuring that your needs are anticipated and met proactively wherever possible

Service Delivery team
Let your team focus on higher-value tasks while we implement your solution
During onboarding, and whenever you add new services or solutions, our Service Delivery team is responsible for your entire implementation, including:
- Site configurationWorking as your representative internally to provide customizations and meet your needs in real time
- Equipment installation and rollouts—including wiring and customer premises equipment (CPE)
- Decommissioning of services you no longer require
