Once you receive your Windstream branded invoice, you will have access to the Windstream customer portal, Windstream Online. You will need your Windstream account number and PIN number provided on your Windstream Enterprise invoice to create your account. Will there be any changes to my bill?
Yes. Beginning with your Windstream Enterprise invoice, you will notice changes on your bill including but not limited to changes to account numbers, payment due date and payment remit to address. Additionally, the format and layout of the invoice will appear differently. Click here for a simple guide to help you interpret your new bill.
Will I need to set up a new W9?
Yes. If you have not already requested a Windstream W9, you can download one by clicking here. For questions related to a new W9, please email us at Windstream.Win_W9_Request@windstream.com.
If I am currently sending Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments monthly will I need to change the bank account I’m remitting to?
Yes. Once you have received your updated invoice, you will need to submit your payments to a new bank account. Click here to download the new EFT banking information. For any questions regarding EFT payments, please email email@example.com.
How can I find my payment history and invoicing information?
Due to the migration, you will need to contact Customer Care at 888.943.8282 for past invoice and payment history detail.
What types of payments are accepted through online bill pay?
Payments can be made online through your banking account.
Will the fee associated with my paper bill fee change?
No. You will continue to be charged $15.00 to receive your paper invoice. You can stop receiving paper invoices and the $15.00 by changing your elections through Windstream Online.
Is there a late payment charge?
Yes, however, there will be no change to your late payment fee due to the billing migration. Any balance unpaid by the invoice due date is subject to a late payment charge. Please refer to your Windstream Enterprise invoice for your payment due date.
Is there a fee to pay my bill online?
ACH payments will not be assessed a fee.
Is there a return check fee?
Yes, however the fee will decrease from $50.00 to $25.00 for any returned checks.
Will there be any proration charges on my invoice?
Yes, you will likely see some proration on your Windstream invoice due to the bill cycle change.
