Our free MyOfficeSuite training series is available to all OfficeSuite UC admins and users to help you learn everything you need to know about using and managing your OfficeSuite UC phone system using the MyOfficeSuite portal.

Administrator Training

An overview of the Adminstrator functions in the MyOfficeSuite portal. Topics include setting your Incoming Call Routing, creating Call Groups, configuring Auto Attendants, setting Business Hours, choosing On Hold Music and much more.


OfficeSuite Contact Center Services

An overview course, discussing the newest released OfficeSuite Contact Center Services features. The training will cover the v6 interface and highlight some of the new features, including Outbound Queues, IVR Questions, and Callback digit.


Standard User Training (Mitel 5300 Series Phones)

An introductory course for every person using the MyOfficeSuite Portal The training starts with an overview of the physical device (Mitel 5300 Phones), followed by a lesson on making personal changes to the user’s own extension and account.
